By accessing this website or contracting WordPressora for static site conversion services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
WordPressora provides technical extraction, static compilation, asset minification, and deployment consulting to convert dynamic WordPress content into pre-rendered static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and media assets. Our conversion process is non-destructive to your source WordPress installation.
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all text, images, trademarks, proprietary code, themes, and intellectual property associated with your website. WordPressora claims no ownership over the content processed or generated during a conversion. Upon project delivery and settlement, all compiled static files are 100% your property without ongoing licensing fees.
Prior to initiating any conversion project, you agree to maintain a complete, independent backup of your dynamic WordPress files and database. While our crawling and static generation process does not alter your origin database, maintaining verified backups is an essential best practice.
Dynamic functionality (such as serverless form handling, third-party search indexing, or external e-commerce carts) may rely on external SaaS providers (such as Formspree, Netlify, Algolia, or Snipcart). You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and adhering to the terms of those third-party providers.
While static websites eliminate dynamic runtime execution and significantly reduce Time to First Byte (TTFB), overall page load speed is subject to visitor network conditions, third-party tracking scripts, and large client-side assets. WordPressora does not warrant or guarantee specific search engine ranking positions or arbitrary Lighthouse test scores.
In no event shall WordPressora, its officers, or contractors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, DNS propagation delays, or incompatibilities introduced by unvetted third-party plugins.
